Take the Challenge

STEP 1: Pick your dedicated water bottle for the week. The bigger, the better. (Use one that’s at least 16 oz!)

STEP 2: Each day, drink this many bottles full of water:

  • More than 33 oz - 2 bottles
  • Between 17 oz and 33 oz - 3 bottles
  • Less than 16 oz aim for - 5 bottles

Remember, these are guidelines. Everybody's body is different. So, listen to yours.

AND KEEP DOING WEEK 1's Challenge (stand more!)...Continuing to do these things will help you create healthy habits and a personal fitstyle!

Here are some tips for choosing a water bottle (or declutter a stockpile! Haha.).

Next week's prize

You can't really have enough kitchen dish towels, right?!

And, this one will even remind you to exercise!

For Breakfast

Mmm. INFUSED WATER is a great way to make water more interesting. Check out these recipes and useful tips for storing your flavored water. Try this.

For Lunch/Dinner

I love a meal that you can make in a jiffy and use pretty much whatever you have in the fridge, which is why this 10-MIN TOSTADAS recipe was a must try for me. Try this.

For Dessert

Not as guilt-inducing as it looks! For a dinner party, I make this FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE COCONUT BROWNIE recipe in a cake pan and then sprinkle a little confectioner's sugar on top! Try this.
