STEP 1: Take an inventory of how much you sit during the day by using this online calculator.
STEP 2: Note where you are on this scale. Regardless of where you are...don't get discouraged. This is why we're working on your fitstyle!
STEP 3: Fitstyle it. Try to lower that number by at least one hour, so you're sitting one hour less each day this week. You can do it!
Go ahead and jot down a few ideas. Feel free to post in our facebook group if you want to share your ideas or ask for some.
