With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and in the business world, I've seen A LOT. The fads, the trends, the diets and the cubicle configurations ;) And the most valuable lesson I've learned is that in order to get results you actually DON'T have to strap yourself to a weight machine or spend hours in the gym.  

Because you can feel your best; and the truth is exercise is a big part of that.
